GENIUS

GENIUS is the brand new compact system for the drying and catalysis of resin, for marble and granite slabs and/or strips. Devised for all those fabrication shops which need to resin at high levels, with reasonable investment costs, GENIUS offers an excellent flexibility in use and considerable running savings. GENIUS is available in the version with 10, or 20 levels, with electric or gas feeding and the material (both slabs and strips) is loaded by means of an arm crane directly on the tray placed on the lift, on which the resining can be directly done.

The lift and the introduction system utilize high quality components, as guides and ball recycling screws, as to guarantee an accuracy level constant in time.

The electronic of Genis allows an accurate and reliable control of the system. A wide touch screen display allows programming easy and intuitive of the work.

The ideal plant for all companies that need low productions with high quality standards. Simec utilizes a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software, able to simulate, among other things, direction and speed of air inside its ovens, both for drying and for catalysis of the material. This analysis allows to develop methods to obtain a homogeneous drying of the material that has to be resined.

GENIUS is divided up into two chambers, in order to dry the material and catalyze it at the same time. The excellent insulation system and the homogeneous distribution of air, guaranteed by an “expansion case” system allow the reduction of energy necessary to obtain a perfect drying and catalysis of the material. The oven can be quickly started and this allows its occasional use.
